I'm a male and my admin is female. After working with her for a week and discussing it with my wife, I think my admin is a little smitten for me.

He didn't care and gave me an AWOL. I want to leave my job because my department is very toxic but I don't want to leave having that on my records.

$325k TC at MBB in a non-generalist (still partner track) path. Love the intellectual variety, smart colleagues, flexibility (WFH has let me take occasional 2-3h windows during the day for personal activities) - can’t take the stress anymore. Are WFH industry roles at the $300-500k TC level really that much less stressful?
