I take concerta once a day and that’s it. Shouldn’t you work this through with your docyor, though?

I should, but I’m joining a firm post MBA and I want to focus on work and not on how to figure out my meds. I’m just anxious I guess.

Concerta extended release once a day for me too. But had to go through months of experimentation with diff brands while on the job to get here. Recc using your downtime before work starts to find the right meds for you. It was hard to do it while working crazy hours.

Exactly what I’m trying to do

Anyone here struggle with drinking enough water every day? Growing up, I drank a lot of soda and fruit juices but since 2020, I’ve been trying to be one of those people who always has a water bottle. Anyone a manager? I’m recently diagnosed (26F) and I can’t help but beat myself up everytime I fall short of my to do list. Makes me feel like a huge disservice to my team.
