Came across this today, and I think this is an issue beyond Hopsitality/Tourism Industries. I've worked in marketing technology for 20 years as an award-winning employee. Over the last 5 years, I experienced discrimination, retaliation, harassment on the basis of my known disability, race, and gender that went unaddressed by executive leaders, including Chief Diversity Officers, resulting in wrongful termination and emotional trauma and newly diagnosed anxiety.. Leaders must do better!

So we have another DEI lead that was not living the values he espoused. This is becoming a trend. They did let him go based upon the accusations. https://www.inquirer.com/news/philadelphia/greg-deshields-fired-tourism-diversity-matters-phlcvb-20240220.html

Manager 1 - I have been involved in multiple investigations. The reality is that the investigators keep everything very close to the vest because they need to attempt to be impartial and act solely on the facts. The problem is anyone (or any group of people) can make an accusation about anything, and the investigator needs to wade through what is fact and what is perception. Often it is a bit of both at play, and all sides need to be treated fairly and with respect. In your personal case, it seems that you believe your company's process failed you - you may want to obtain outside counsel on this matter.
Can’t read this but my first thought is Disney.
