And Coronavirus also......geez. 🤦♀️

Guys , whoever is interviewing and planning to join , do ask project availablity on priority basis before you take decision. On Java front looks like there is some project issue due to recent slowdown in market. My offer was not revised even after agreement with recruiter because of this.

I’m more interested in this “annual leave”... what’s that!?

Ha! All good :) I hoped it was like, an annual sabbatical! Would be amazing.

Are you willing to accept the “not amazing” offer? Because this tactic only works if you’re 100% ready to leave, and somehow the salary increase is the only thing that’d make you stay.
Yes the not amazing offer is still good, just not what I asked for. I’m genuinely torn about whether to leave or not but know either decision I make will be okay.
I’m just wondering if I can wait to deal with all of this or I need to act on this now.
Act now. Other place can rescind the offer if they sense you’re hesitant.
I’d let them know you would like to chat even if you’re out something has come up - they’ll probably know at this point so you won’t be shocking them when you tell them you got an offer… seconding what others have said dont let them counter unless you really want to stay… because things might get weird
