How many times a week do you hit the gym?
Hello All,
I have recently joined FIS Global around end of April. My mother recently met with an accident and she needs to be operated.
I haven't been able to update the anything regarding the insurance part yet on FIS portal.
Will my mother's treatment be covered under the insurance? If yes, what's the procedure for the same? What are the documents that I need to submit in order to claim the amount?
Can anyone please guide?

Been there. Go see a doctor (ideally psychiatrist/psychopharmacologist) and be honest with them. Ask them about tapering and potential substitutes. You may want to consider taking some time off if you actually want to address this. Definitely qualifies as medical leave. Half the battle is mental; it's hard getting used to a world where enthusiasm can't be generated with a pill. Don't let the prevalence of Adderall usage fool you: it's serious stuff. But you can do it. Best of luck.
You're doing the right thing and understanding that you're relient on it to help you function. You are dependent, so you have to change the equation. First thing is you should take a few days off to disrupt the habit of taking it. Go on a vacy. RELAX. The next thing I would do is consult your primary care physician about substitutes - ask them what are some natural substitutes that enhance concentration? They are trained to be non-judgemental and often have very good advice.
Talk to your doctor.
Thank you all for the advice and suggestions. I can’t seem to stop, like when I try to taper down I get physically sick (and super anxious) I’m scared I’ll be stuck in this cycle forever and I know it’s bad. My work performance is dropping b/c I’m so tired from staying up all night on adderall.
Been there too. Adderall is one of the main reasons I got clean. It’s one drug, unlike benzos like Xanax, that you can just stop and not have crazy or dangerous withdrawals. Maybe take a few days off to regain your equilibrium and if you still can’t stop get help, try an NA meeting, Doctor, etc.
I’m on day 5 and I’m exhausted. Today I return to work after taking some sick days. I’m pretty worried I won’t be able to be productive but I’m going to try. Lots of coffee will hopefully work lol
Adderall is one of those meds used to treat ADHD. The right dose will help boost performance, control emotions , ease hyperativity. Find more on Adderall at https://norxmedshop.com/
