I’m a lead SE at my company, but feel like I’ve stagnated in my role in terms of both responsibility and comp given the smaller size of the company I’m at.
I’ve been in the FinTech sector for the past 5 years and am not really sure where to go next.

Any suggestions on FinTech companies to look at applying to for an SE role? Or has anyone made the transition out of FinTech into a different sector/industry that worked out well?

I got rejected for an interview from Big 4 NY Audit, even had referrals from Manager + level people. 3 years w/ audit senior at mid size firm, 2 years fed tax at big 4, and 1.5 years Internal Audit healthcare. However i am getting an onsite opportunity In Denmark, what should be my expected ctc there? Considering the country is much expensive.
