I'm planning to offer my team the option of getting their six sigma black belt this year, cost covered by the company. There are a lot of avenues to getting certified but I want to offer something that is accredited and legit. Curious if anyone shed any insight or recommendations?

It was my impression that these kind of certs are out of fashion and not worth the money. 🤷‍♂️

Lean, agile, design thinking much more current these days - ss has great tools and problem solving structure but is a heavy methodology- depends on the use case really

Continuous and process improvement methodologies will never go out of style, particularly in process or policy rich environments. If you are leading a team of any sort, there is always a way to validate efficiencies and a proven method to identify and put change in place can be very valuable and rewarding. Most of the time this requires significant thought, work, but in and strong project management.

Working my way up the corporate ladder. I have so many thoughts on leadership and want to initiate changes in the departments I work with. But at this level it's so difficult. Ppl are so resistant to change.
