- 25% of the compensation(5Lakhs) is Variable. Does company even pay 60% of it at the end of the year if you perform say 4/5 rating?

Enterprise will always be perceived as a step up from SMB. Not to mention, Oracle Cloud is way behind Microsoft, so I’d perceive that as a step up in terms of market positioning.
Enterprise tier accounts are more highly matrixed/complex to sell into, longer sales cycles, and often greater exposure to a wider range of C level executives vs what youve experienced in SMB…so you’ll probably still have some good learning curve and it would position you to move into an Ent. AE in cloud sales focused role later on if digital doesn’t keep your interest
