very fortunate to have multiple jobs offer for SE role. money aside, where’s the best culture, job security and growth potential . SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, or a tier-2 SAP partner?

I can’t promise that Salesforce would pay the highest, but I personally believe that our Solution Engineering org is very well organized. Is it perfect? No. But I never thought I lacked resources to do my job well. I also like and respect my leadership. They are my mentors and always open for a chat. I’ve heard that servicenow could pay higher, but I haven’t heard much hype about their SE culture. When I do see Servicenow deployments in the wild, I wonder why they’re so fragmented. Just my personal opinion, but congratulations! I’m sure you’ll do well wherever you go. The only thing you can judge objectively here is the product itself and how you feel about them.

Hi, can I please dm you?

F, and congrats OP!!

OP, what’s your background in? How did you do the impossible and get offers from all of these companies in one search?

background in consulting and presales at another large cap tech company. i got most interviews from AEs i previously worked with that left for these companies.

Culture is fare more important than if we’re talking about small differences

ServiceNow is your best option. SAP culture is terrible right now.

What’s the best way to turn down a 2nd interview? During the 1st interview, I learned that the compensation for the role is not within the range that I am looking for and requires 400 more billable hours a year than what I bill now. I’d basically be laterally for my current salary just to bill 400 more hours. I also wasn’t aware that the local office was strictly ID. Firm website advertises lots of practice areas. Any advice? TIA!

I cleared technical round and during final call with HR, my salary expectations were higher as per HR.

My current CTC is 9lpa, skill-IAM and Java, YOE-3. I asked for 14lpa, best they could give was 11lpa. I know I asked a lot.

She didn't care to negotiate and cut my call and now they put my candidature on hold. Can I expect call back? Or i can consider myself rejected?
