If moving from a large company to a start up as a sr director applying for VP roles, what’s the expectation in comp/ote? Should it be comparable, more, less, salary wise? And what kind of equity should one expect?

How is SAP SDC for SAP Consultants?
I have offers from CG, IBM & SAP India. So, please suggest which will be better to join.
PS- IBM is paying100% more than my current organisation.
SAP has not released my offer yet but I had an interview with VP and he said he is impressed with me and will release the offer letter soon but they have not negotiated for my salary. But he was saying if he will give me less than IBM then will I join the SAP or not? I assumed this is a trick ques., btw, I said yes

Am I overthinking this? Had a final interview today with a VP and it only lasted 30 min. She only ended up asking me two questions. The other rounds of interviews were all an hour long.

I recently had 2 interviews at an organization and just got a rejection email but I’m pretty confused. I’ve received plenty of rejection emails but this one doesn’t make sense to me. I had an initial interview with the VP of HR and it went really well, the recruiter emailed me within minutes of the interview ending telling me he already heard from the VP about how great she thought I was. I have been in the industry for ~ 20 years, career slowed down when I went part time to raise a family and care for aging parents and when I moved to Milwaukee, I took a demotion. I was part of Covid layoffs and have been applying for an Account Director role. When I looked on LinkedIn, the company has a lot of young people at VP level. How do I negotiate for that after the fact? What does VP mean at your company?

Had interview at large fortune 10 company for a strategy and BD role. Had 3 interviews last Monday then the final round with the group VP on Friday. I followed up with hiring manager on following Monday and she told me she would speak to VP and get back to me EOW. Never got back to me. Bad sign?

I bought a house in the suburbs of Chicago at the top of the market. I ended up moving out of state in 2017 and short-selling. I am now interviewing for a VP Accounting role with the mortgage company that got shafted by the short sale. If I get the job offer, can they/will they see this on my credit report? I’m interviewing for an in-house PR role (mostly content/media relations) at a digital company. I’ve had 3 interviews so far and completed one extensive writing assessment (800-word article). I’m pretty sure I have the job, and had a great interview with VP of Corp. Comms. today. She mentioned she had no hesitations about my qualifications. But the HR mgr said they now want me to do a 2nd assessment “just to dot their i’s” and they want a 750-word release by Monday. Is this normal?

I'm probably overthinking this, but I figured I would ask anyways--what should I swear to a video interview? The position is an HR Generalist position, and will include the hiring manager (director), an HR Manager, a HRBP, and the VP of HR. Other members of the HR may "pop in" as well, but I was told those would be informal meet and greets.

In March I interviewed for a VP level role with a well known global agency, I met the entire executive suite virtually .
