I am being extended an offer soon from another company. How would you go about negotiating a signing bonus? The signing bonus is because I will be leaving my 2021 bonus on the table if I accept this offer. Also, who do you usually negotiate with - hiring manager or HR?

1 Tiger offers 4 lakhs more than fractal
2 Role in fractal matches my current role. Whereas the role is tiger in 2 level above current role & i need to boot up for the bigger responsibility which I'm a little worried about being new co

Got promoted from manager to senior manager and salary increase and alleged bonus was embedded into the compensation increase of only 12% increase. Seems very low. Is this common at a mid size public accounting firm ?

Just got a verbal offer as a Senior Manager at a B/C round startup. Role would be in Product Strategy for their key product (Hardware) in a hot field. Would be based in NYC. Offer is 170k + equity which is currently being decided - was only told it would be sizeable.

If you’re offered a job with salary range $150k-160k and equity range 30k-20k to select from, can you come back with a counter and ask for something out of the range? Anyone know the typical salary range for an e-commerce manager at L’Oreal or even just in NYC? I received a 4% raise this year but think I am being underpaid. From my research - it looks like the usual ecomm manager here makes 105-120K. I only just got boosted up to 101K after 2+ years in my role, taking on new responsibilities, and managing a direct report.

My current salary is 11.5 Lpa with 5 YOE. I put paper and i am left with only 15 days. My manager is offering me 30 Lpa. Should i accept it?
