Females, how much of your personal life do you disclose to the men in your team? I.e. Lovers, relationships, ONS etc

I have 20 days left in my notice period and I would like to know or get advised on how many days prior to joining date/led should I finalize the company from among the offers and what is a respectful time to intimate other companies that I will not be able to join their company.

Of course exceptions like last minute opportunity with a good firm or offer revision is there but in general what should be a corporate appropriate timeline.

Which of the two contributes more revenue YOY then the other? New Clients or Existing Customers?

I saw some sales managers discussing hiring strategies, especially for entry level roles (e.g. SDR, BDR).

One strategy that came up was having the applicant do 90 minutes of cold calling into real prospects with the hiring manager coaching.
