Do you believe that an experienced SC in one field, could easily transition into a similar senior role in a completely new field, just like an experienced AE could? My view is that it tends to be quite difficult to do if an SC doesn’t have domain experience in the new field. And ultimately I don’t think it’s fair as it might limit our options to change roles/industries. What are your thoughts on this?
