I had my interview with Infosys for .net full stack developer.
It went well and i am hoping for a positive response.
Want to know how much should I expect Or at what pkg should I negotiate with them.
I am thinking of proposing 13-15 LPA negotiable.
4 YOE and 7 LPA currently

That is quite a situation. Personally, I would focus on being transparent at the right point in the process. A reputable employer is likely to value honesty more than surprises.
I assume they have seen you in person recently? They know you are going to need time off soon....😆
