Goal is not to lose more weight or lose anything at this point but I seem to keep dropping on the scale. I am eating approximately 1600 cal a day and my macros are and check. So I keep increasing fat calories I guess?

Wait, you are only ~113lb at presumably mid/late 20s? M/F? Not trying to be rude, just trying to understand...

Are you measuring bf using a dexa scan or one of those scales (usually inaccurate)?

You need calorie excess + weight training + sleep + proper nutrition + chronic stress management (cortisol) to gain muscle—not just macros

Also keep in mind a lot of this weight fluctuation is mostly water and glycogen

Yes I am a 30-year-old female. I am measuring with a one by one scale at home and I understand there is a level of inaccuracy with it but it must be in the ballpark I assume..

Very hard to add muscle on a keto diet cause your protein intake is typically lower than on a carb diet...my protein intake on keto is about 1/3 less than when i was on a carb diet and maintaining/adding muscle

How many grams of protein do you eat right now?

Rant: my boyfriend is so annoying with this diet! I GET IT. You want to eat healthy! But when you have your friends at our place every other weekend they order pizza and you devour most of 2 boxes! But when I want pizza or wings or burgers I have to hear a whole spiel. “Can we pick something healthier?” “You can order ___ but can I choose something else on the menu?” “I don’t knowwww” like MY GOD. I don't know if this is the right bowl to share this but I felt like this could help someone else. I had been having trouble at work and there's a lot of complexity that's around it. I got sober just over a year ago, started this job shortly after that, and have been working from home for a lot of it. For months I have been off my game and couldn't figure out why, I have been anxious and sloppy. Everything got better when I halved a mood stabilizer med I am on for anxiety!

This fight has gotten real! I’ve been offered a job, advertised as remote, but they want to have a blended program with teachers on campus. Small school, 10-15 to a class... maybe, masks ( I’ll have to ask if they’re mandatory), distancing and a continuous cleaning staff. Sounds great but I’m 62 with 5 underlying conditions! Have to negotiate a contract Monday... I’m hoping I’ll be able to work on-line as NV is one of the growing hotspots in this Pandemic!

Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev,testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.

At 8 weeks I’m so exhausted that I can barely function or think straight. Taking midday naps, shutting down early, but I have no energy to work beyond the bare minimum, and especially not for house chores. I feel so guilty but I just want to sleep even though there’s so much to do. Help.
