Is everyone always tired?
Capgemini I joined sometime back at D1 level , I do technical work most of time like coding, dev,testing etc.
I have worked a lot in my 14 years and still have required skills needed for the work. I don't have energy to slog any further. Moreover I get anxiety when I see junior level people doing same work as me and earning more or same.
I feel cannot sit longer hrs due to back issues and other health issues and family commitments.
Can I change to management side without risking my job .

Anyway, if you want to gain weight, try upping fat intake for calories and weight training
Goal is not to lose more weight or lose anything at this point but I seem to keep dropping on the scale. I am eating approximately 1600 cal a day and my macros are and check. So I keep increasing fat calories I guess?

Are you measuring bf using a dexa scan or one of those scales (usually inaccurate)?
You need calorie excess + weight training + sleep + proper nutrition + chronic stress management (cortisol) to gain muscle—not just macros
Also keep in mind a lot of this weight fluctuation is mostly water and glycogen
Yes I am a 30-year-old female. I am measuring with a one by one scale at home and I understand there is a level of inaccuracy with it but it must be in the ballpark I assume..

Very hard to add muscle on a keto diet cause your protein intake is typically lower than on a carb diet...my protein intake on keto is about 1/3 less than when i was on a carb diet and maintaining/adding muscle
