IBM : 18 fixed + 1 JB HCL : 21 ( 18 fixed + 1lakh approx (monthly variable) + 2 lakh Annual variable ) . Now i have a discussion pending with Robert Bosch , What should i quote ! Which will be better for job security and work life and overall career growth .

Hi everyone, I'm new to Canada and want to start my career here in the Financial and Banking industry. I have passed the CFA level 2 exam and was wondering if I have to complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) as most of the job postings here mention about it. I saw that if someone passes at least the CFA level 1 exam then the requirement of CSC is exempted. Can anyone enlighten me about this? As the CSC exam costs above 1000 CAD, I wanted to be sure if I need it before investing behind it.

Hi folks need your suggestion here it would help me i guess . I have been working as manual tester for 3.5 years. I tried learning coding and felt difficult so gave up on that. Right now i feel i should switch to a customer facing role because i think it's a good fit for me and also it seems quite interesting and engaging. Applying to roles within the same federal agency. I know you need one year within the probationary period, but can I apply to a higher GS level? For example, if I'm GS 9, receive a promotion to GS 11 at the end of probation, would i be able to apply to GS 13 roles if I'm qualified? Recruiter for big tech company reached out on LinkedIn about a role. I asked about ballpark compensation numbers and they said they’re only comfortable sharing on a live call. Replied that I often receive LinkedIn offers for roles of paycuts around 30-50% so I want to make sure we’re in the same rough range. Recruiter again said she would only share via live call. Is this a red flag?
