Anyone know if an Accenture M3 would come into Meta at L4 or L5 for a product manager type role? Trying to understand how the levels line up. Understand if that’s not enough information

What is the going rate for a remote Accounting Manager role at a public company? Six years of experience, 3 years audit 3 years technical accounting, CPA. Is the range for a remote role lower than a HCOL range?

Has anyone taken up the “ customer success manager” role in other companies? What’s this role like? How different is this from a manager role in Big4?

Need some advice -- applied twice to an non profit that I really like and got rejected both times. I think I overshot the level I was coming in at -- like many nonprofits, they only had a few roles available at the time (director level) so I felt it was better to apply than not.

Now there's a manager level role that is probably a better fit -- should I write a 3rd application/cover letter and mention that I applied before? Or should I email recruitment director to "ask about the role" ?

What’s a reasonable base for KPMG Manager role in FS Capital Markets / Asset Mgmt? 7 YOE and currently Year 1 manager at Accenture and thinking of asking for $190k

I’m an A3 in PwC Trust (haven’t heard if I got the promo) and I’m getting burnt out. Things were ok until about a month ago when my manager suddenly started throwing things at me with zero coaching. I do NOT have my CPA yet and I have very little motivation to study atm. I’m about 60k right now in what PwC calls a LCOL (more of a MCOL but ok). My ultimate goal is to get to 100k in my area and a good wlb in a fully remote role. Attainable???

I recently accepted an offer for a new position at another company. The new role requires a TS/SCI clearance. During the investigation will they contact my current employer? I just accepted the new offer and I’m planning on quitting mid January and will start the new position in June. Should I go ahead and tell my current manager that I’ve accepted another position or just wait it out and deal with it if she’s contacted and brings it up before my I give my notice?

Startup Corp Dev Comp?

Got an offer for a corporate development role at a pre-ipo startup. Senior manager title but not really meaningful as it’s a startup, essentially I’ll be the only corp dev guy outside of the c-suite.

205k USD cash comp + 115K USD options (net value at current private valuation). IPO likely to happen over the next year.

Wondering if anyone knew a rough TC comp range to expect for a company at this stage? I’m weighing this role vs an IBD VP role (BB).
