Between the terrifying news of gun violence, etc. and my cases, I am seriously over it. I have anxiety sending my kids to school and paranoia about their after-school caretakers not being diligent enough to keep them safe. I've started going to therapy for my anxiety and to cope with difficult cases but I wish there was a quicker fix! Anyone else feeling this way lately?! How do you cope?!

How do you deal with parental guilt when you have to miss things? When my child was a baby it wasn't as big of a deal as long as I was around for the big stuff and was pulling my weight parent wise. Now that they're 4+ everything is big stuff, and every time I can't be there it really affects them.
