There’s no reason you have to put up with a job you hate. I spent many years working in a toxic environment with a boss who gossiped and lead through fear. He wasn’t really much of a leader but basically a foreman. And he could make my existence miserable. I admit that it wasn’t easy to find another job but the bottom line is: trust your guts. If you feel something is wrong it’s because it probably is. Don’t second guess yourself. Look for options and and fight for your mental health.

I'm a new joinee in MSFT.

People in my team they don't come with me for breaks. (They blame the timings are different since they sit in crits but i don't think so because they have their own group of friends to go with)

Secondly, when my team members see me in cafeteria we expect they'll sit with us but people here are being rude they directly go and sit with their friends they don't call you to join. ( atleast they could have said they are accompanied)

Completely and totally miserable at my firm and just need a space to vent because my friends are tired of hearing about it. My previous manager would track us by hours daily, made a fuss everytime anything stretched and guilt us for that and the unplanned leave too unless it was COVID. Hinted him a lot of time, this is problematic but apparently he considered it "standard practice for agile".

Now 8/10 teammates have switched within < 1 year of project start (6-7 months with him) which tbh had good work in our opinion and even team was fun to work with even though none of us ever met in person.
