It’s a grind for sure
^i agree. Just grind it out until you get promoted. That's the best advice I can give tbh
Sounds cliche, but ask for help if you need it and ask a bunch of questions. Talk to your manger and top performers to see how they would go about certain objections. Go in with an open mind and know you might not be great in the beginning, but you’ll find your groove. Don’t compare yourself to others; it’s easy to when you see top performers killing it. Just compare yourself to yourself a month ago (super important)! Best of luck!

1 Focus on high activity - sales is a numbers game
2 be competitive, try to be on the leaderboard for every good metric
3 don’t be afraid to call multiple times - many prospects don’t know that was you who called earlier so who cares!
4 the relationship with your field team is more important than the one with your manager. They can get you to goal
Start out with researching your buyer personas. Pick 1 to go after and craft cadences based off of emotional challenges that your product/service can fix. End with casual CTA and set a goal to add x amount of new contacts per week. Keep emails short and sweet and call it a day. Good luck!
