Hi Fishes,
I Will be Joining PWC AC B as SA2 on Sept 2,2022. Just want to know about Appraisal cycle. Is it Mid Year or Annual appraisal process. Also, will I be eligible for next appraisal cycle ? Tried asking the same Question to HR, but didn't get a proper response. She just mentioned as per company policy.

I would sigh, give a very annoyed look, and refuse to answer them (unless you have to say something related to your job).
If they compliment you and leave it at that, just smile and say "Thank you."
If they keep at it and start openly hitting on you, either let them down easy ("I have a boyfriend" usually works), or if they seem like a prick, tell them "I have gonorrhea."
I have a boyfriend has never worked for me. Sometimes they even claim they could treat me better. And I don't want a rumor of me having an STD spreading around town thanks.
"I feel like you're hitting on me, could ya stop? Thanks."
Say it in a flat, business like voice.
And for old guys who hit on you "You look so young"
You say "yes". "So how old are you" you say "I'm not discussing that".
A flat "thanks". With no other response.
Where are you working? Saying "I need to get back to work" and then going off and doing something else might be useful
Don't respond to the flirting. you aren't obligated to tell a customer your age or any other personal information. If a man says that you look young, say thank you or even just OK if you prefer, and ask if he has a loyalty card or whatever your script from corperate requires.
You aren't over reacting, it is annoying, but don't feed the real life trolls.
Well, if you have a boyfriend, you can practice the resting bitch face and just casually say "oh, thanks, my boyfriend thinks I'm gorgeous too".
Just say "Thank you" and that's it.
It's a professional, universal, and civilised response to a compliment. Don't make it any more awkward than it already is.
I just roll my eyes and walk away.
