Random question. But has anyone here transitioned to a strategist from a creative role? Would being a copywriter benefit someone who’s trying to get into the strategy scene? Any tips appreciated!

As many other agencies, mine is going through a painful “restructuring” process. Wondering if there are some creative agencies in NYC hiring right now. I wanna be ahead of the game in case they keep letting people go 🙏🏻

No one in the creative department should be laid off until the Global Chief Creative Officer position is eliminated. It has no purpose today. Nobody is flying to different offices and award shows.

I work in a small agency which is currently hiring. We almost only have male creative and I’m trying to push for us to hire more females. I’ve shared my opinions but get the answer from my CONT.

Any thoughts on a Creative Lead position at Facebook/Instagram NYC? Has anyone here worked there and/or have some insight on how it’s like?

If a recruiter says the role they're offering for a senior creative role is 150k+, how far up should I go? 160? 170?
