Currently interviewing at JPMorgan in their CIB division for a associate operations role. Have met with 5 people for two different teams and another person for another team, all of which I believe are 3 total open positions for 3 different teams. Any insight on the interview process or how long it takes or any sort of idea to give me on what I could look for that might help me believe I might get an offer? Checked my online application again recently and still says “In Consideration”

A good friend of mine graduated from Parsons this past summer, has degrees in Journalism and French, is a talented photographer and designer (which I feel I have a pretty decent eye for after working at a design-driven branding agency for half a decade). Looking for a new role leading a PM and/or ops team. I'm an agency (media & creative) vet - depth in digital, crm, creative, tech, data, & process dev/deploy.

Have also worked ~4 years transforming / running ops at Kimbery-Clark's Digital COE and ~a year on web & digital projects at NYU Langone Medical Center.

Do IH agencies have substantial PM teams / need for leadsrship? I know many need operations & process enhancement.

I am 25 years old with in hand salary of 1L(just from last month) and i want to buy a term insurance plan. My questions are:
1. Is it wise to take 2 plans of term insurance one with return of 60 years and another without return of 80 years of each 1cr.
2. Is it wise to include health riders in insurance plan to claim for 80d or just chose health insu
3. How much one can ideally shell out for insurance per month (both term and health) for self in terms of percentage of monthly income.

Is anyone investing in liquid funds? How do they benefit and what are their returns?

Role 1.
-95k base, no bonus, better benefits.
-Booz Allen Hamilton
-Senior Consultant.
-Similar position to now, better progression.

Role 2.
-95k base, 16% bonus, good benefits.
-National grocery chain.
-Slightly different role: more admin / training others / governance / custom coding connectors, etc.
