Best ergonomic desk chairs under $200?

I’m currently a Grade 11 at Cisco. With the recent pay structure changes my annual comp will be $150k + 12% bonus. I live in a large metro area in the middle of the US. I’m looking to move around the company so that I can make commission but I don’t want to be an account manager. Can anyone tell me if there are Customer Success Managers, etc positions that manage customers post sale and have a similar range base as me with commission plans? I’m just trying to understand income potential.

I have offers with BOA 17 fixed and IBM 16 fixed.. 7.6 years of experience in QA.. What should I go for ?
BOA - will they provide wfh facilities ? is the cab facility restricted only upto certain kilometers?
IBM - how hikes and job security will be there ?
I am looking to stay in the organization for long term.. Kindly help me in choosing the best.
