Moving my bed towards the window so I wake up to natural light. Crazy how much of a difference this makes!
There are also alarm clocks that simulate the rising sun and wakes you up naturally - they work really well in the winter

I do breathing exercises & mindful meditation. Taking at least a 30 min break where you do something that’s for you helps. For me, I listen to music & read while eating lunch.
I’ve always been the person that hates journaling but I try everyday to take 10-15 min to sit with anything that’s bothering me, write it out and then try to reframe it so it’s less self-defeating. Then after the time is up include 3 things you are grateful for. The gratitude is key because it helps you build neural pathways that help you find the positive when you are down.
These are all little things my therapist has recommended for me after getting close to a breakdown.
Having boundaries, like only working 9-5 unless absolutely necessary. Taking breaks, being on supportive teams. Blocking of calendar times for myself/my work. So many ideas.
Blocking off your calendar for personal time is a pretty good idea
In terms of focusing, I really like doing the pomodoro technique and it's helped me a lot in terms of staying more productive and is a way to push yourself to get stuff done in a very achievable way. I also use Do Not Disturb a lot to avoid distractions and it's made me less fixated on checking messages or getting FOMO even.
I was recommended taking a decently large first step > take two weeks off consecutively, no work interruptions. Use that time to pamper yourself a little bit, and then identify what changes you need to make. What brings you joy/life? Use that two weeks to identify that then come back with a plan.
