Anyone has any idea about Clearview Healthcare Partners analyst/senior analyst salaries in HCOL cities?

What does EY typical offers look like for a senior consultant at the Federal Transformation Strategy and Initiatives? Base pay, semi or/& annual bonuses, sign on bonuses/pto/benefits/etc??? I’ve about 3-4 YOE in fed and overall 6-7yrs of professional experience, PMP certified and TS clearance

I received a verbal offer for a senior consultant position with Deloitte’s Risk and Financial Advisory for GPS but was also told that the position would be tied to a USDC. I am based in the DC area and was told that I could be hired to a delivery center during the interview process since they are remote. Is anyone else in a similar situation? Would I receive Deloitte advisory benefits or the USDC benefits?

Potential incoming KPMG experienced hire looking to negotiate a comp. Nearing 14YOE with an MS. Currently at 220k base (4-6% annual bonus, 9% 401k match) at a company, and want to bring me on at the Senior Associate level (lol I know, I know). Gonna try to upgrade to a Manager level role if possible. Based on where I’m at, is KPMG going to even be close? I’m okay with a lateral move as well, since I’d like experience and branding also.

Former EY employee here. Joined EY in 2014 and left in 2018 as a senior 3. I believe I was vested in the pension. Just wondering if there’s a way to find out and does EY still offer pension buyout?

Received a job offer for an industry senior job that would be a $20K pay bump plus nice bonus and really good benefits (a lot better then my current benefits) and much better work/life balance. However, I was pretty much guaranteed to be early promoted to manager this year (in August). I really need help from everyone here: I am a tax senior, and I have offer from both EY and MNP. I was at Deloitte earlier and I am not sure which to pick. Same package/benefits. While EY is a great firm and the partners are amazing and all experiences of Big4 and it's resources, MNP has this charm of a Canadian firm and great culture. I don't know much but people say MNP is a great organization. The people I will work with are all amazing to speak during interview. What to do now?

Considering 2 industry job offers - #1 is a mid-size software company, $70k + $5k signing bonus. #2 is a mid-size fintech company, $83k. I've been wanting to work for #1 and I like the industry and people better, but am having trouble looking past the pay. For context, I'm a senior 1 making $73k base. Both roles are standard GL accountant roles, and benefits are similar. Would you take a pay cut for a company you wanted to work for?

Hey y’all: currently weighing the benefits of obtaining an MBA. Started career with 2.5 years of corporate FP&A, then moved to Senior Consultant at a high growth Mgt Consulting firm (1.5 years in). I’ve seen roles back in industry require (interchangeably) MBA or 2-year management consulting experience. Are MBAs helpful/necessary for consultants...just to have one? Should it be more purpose-driven? Etc.

Need help with deciding between two offers. Recently accepted an offer at another consulting firm only to have my current employer counter at the last minute. Here are the offers:
NEW COMPANY (Global Consulting firm):
-$115K base
-10% annual bonus
-401K match (4%)
-Senior Consultant (security strategy)
-10 weeks paid paternal leave
- considerably cheaper healthcare
- all the resources associated with larger consulting firms (training, mentorship, perks, etc)

Offer in aerospace and defense, senior manager in Corp development. 170 base, 15-20% bonus. 8 years of experience. Any red flags? The non-comp benefits/WLB are all excellent

I applied for a job and received an offer from my client. 15k+ bump in salary, better benefits/remote work, and responsibilities will give me exposure to all areas of the organization (start up). The problem is that they’re looking to staff me as a Senior when I’m currently a Manager at DT. They said they’re flexible on title, but curious to hear how others have navigated similar situations. YOE: As a junior in college, I received a full-time salaried position at a small tech company (revenue in the millions). As a senior, I worked for a small healthcare tech startup (10-15~ people). Including this exp, 5 YOE. If only counting after earning my degree, 3 YOE.
