How do you discuss your “practice” as a junior corporate associate? I typically do M&A transactions, but also do ECVC work and other restructuring work. I also do commercial contract review for large clients. I also am junior and don’t play a lead role on most matters and wouldn’t say that I have developed any particular practice. I want to do exclusive ECVC and just don’t know how to talk about the work that I do in a way that makes it seem like I play an important role. (Cont in comments)

Just received an offer from KPMG for an experienced associate position in their FT practice. Offer is a 10% increase from current company salary (think BDO, GT, RSM) and would be the same kind of work.
