How many of you received offer letter from Capgemini after you have joined other organisations ?

I have joined one organisation on 6th Dec 2021 and I received a call from Capgemini HR that I will get my Capgemini Offer letter today (still have not got the Final Offer Letter, I am getting call from HR from past 7-8 days that I will receive Offer Letter today , still no sign of offer letter)

What did you guys do in such situation ??

I need your guidance in shaping my career. I have good knowledge in Linux ,shell scripting and python. I have good development knowledge on both. The problem is these are secondary skills and because of that i don't get many interviews. I want to know what i can learn to make a better career with existing skills.

Pretty sure the saga of the slave driven company has come to an end I’m the only HR person at this company. Friday I had full admin rights, and went to check email Saturday; account locked. Payroll/HRIS locked out. PEO service says no pending termination is on my file. Went to the office today to get my things just in case. Located in CA. Was about to report numerous violations too. All because I couldn’t solve 8 months of payroll issues in a day. 🫠 Good riddance, I’m getting a lawyer.

Can someone discuss the pros and cons of having a gym close to work vs having a gym near home but still would have to commute there, go back home then go to work. To me it seems more convenient to just on the way to work go to the gym, shower, then go into the office.
