I feel like a well liked and fairly competent, experienced staff member, but I’m not sure if I’ll ever have the kind of drive that some of the partners have at my firm. I’m a solid 60 hrs a week person that cares about relationships both professionally and personally. Is this the right place for me LT? Should I make the move to industry? It doesn’t seem like the comp makes sense if your don’t make partner and I don’t know if I have the passion for it.
