Hi, how is the job security in TCS for C3B and above levels

Hi Folks,

Looking for switch, I have 4.5 year experience as an Incident Manager.
Please assist .

I currently work as a optician, referral coordinator and optometry technician. Busting my butt off wearing all 3 hats and I get paid $20 an hour… I don’t think this is a fare wage considering I’m doing the job of 3 people. I want to negotiate a higher wage any tips of what I should ask for?

Resigned from my job for blatant racism last week. Been a contingent worker for 6 months. The manager that recruited me unfortunately left after a couple weeks and went to another company. She however recommended me for the permanent opportunity to higher management. The acting manager came in, permanent role was posted, I applied, interviewed……manager told me they chose someone else external for the role. I could sense the manager had no intentions to hire me permanently

Question about H1B - if you haven't heard back with a positive result yet, does it mean your application was rejected for the year? It sucks as to how minimal transparency there is to this process.

Any tips/warnings/advice on potentially trying to move from Big 4 to either MBB or a T2 boutique firm? I’m anticipating reaching M1 in Big 4 within the next 12 months. What up ladies and gentlemen today we are discussing the legal ramifications of contact tracing on cell phone carriers. Are there any plaintiffs lawyers eyeing lawsuits over data policies? Are they are insurance lawyers seeing risk?

I’m my partners only associate and I went on parental leave two weeks ago. I feel horrible for leaving him to handle our cases alone, but am trying to focus on my wife and new baby. That being said, should I still offer to handle minor matters that come in to ease the workload off my boss? He’s been super cool during my entire leave, so I don’t feel pressured to one bit.
