I was promoted during the pandemic to a new role while our company was on a salary freeze. I've been working that role now for 9+ months on the largest account for our agency, but without an adequate salary to match. We're only just starting to release the pandemic salary freeze. Any advice for what salary I should be requesting would be appreciated (AE in the Midwest)

Hi everyone! Desperately looking for advice on appropriate salary expectations.... Currently an Account Executive – stepping up to Senior Account Executive in the next month or so. 3 years experience. Work at a smaller agency & am fully aware that my current salary is grossly low-balled. Was told to name a number for SAE role, but have no basis for what a 'normal' range looks like for that role. Please help!!!

Is it worth it to take a small paycut to get the title of AE? I have the opportunity to move into an AE role at 2 new startups but both would be about a 20% pay cut from what I expect to make this year. Is it worth it to take the jump and get the job title?

Promoted to AE in the fall and have gotten no negative feedback whatsoever- I ask consistently. I have notes saved from clients, VPs, ECDs etc singing my praises and have been getting AS offers at other agencies since October. I am confident that I am ready for a promotion to AS as I am doing the duties of the empty position above me but am worried that I will look greedy asking this soon. Especially given the fact that I have never supervised anyone. I do all intern-AS jobs due to understaffing

I need opinions on this. Just started a new PM role (at an IPG agency) last month but I recently got hit up by a recruiter from another agency (WPP agency) for a pretty enticing PM role on a 360 AOR account. Further context: The PM role I'm in currently is my first PM role ever (I came from an entry level AE/Producer backgrund) I know jumping ship for the other PM role would look terrible but tell me why you would OR would not jump ship?

I noticed there is also an opp available locally for a Strategic Account Manager in my vertical as well. Any one know of pay difference between the two, responsibilities/expectations, how they are viewed in the org itself? I understand they are different but in my job today, I handle both roles so can go in either direction. Appreciate any input.
