As an experienced, SHRM certified HRBP , I would just like some feedback on your opinion of the differences in the roles between an HRBP an HR Manager besides the obvious that the manager should have direct reports. The lower end of that range is what I am currently making. The higher end of that range is almost 200k more than my current comp. The role is almost identical.
