I was laid off from my last job and just started a new one, but I’m already going through anxiety worrying that every meeting that pops up w my manager is going to result in getting laid off again. 😐

HR question - a friend of mine was fired from an industry job. He is still struggling. While he is still employed, he would love to get back to the same company. Although performance was an issue listed it was really the manager. He didn’t like him. Now that manager is out of the company. Can he join that company back? Generally does HR policy allow that?

It feels so good when your best friend is your senior manager and you build a case against a less senior manager then he is fired. Sucks but feels so good.
