But both the cases , I need to relocate.
7 years java fullstack
- have service based companies offer in my current location (Wipro,mindtree, cognizant,)
- amdocs in process (current location)

Bnp seems more flexible with wfh option .10days offc and rest wfh.
Jpmc 3days /week work from office

Can I get permanent wfh in wipro for mainframe. Working mother. Yoe 7 years. offered position team lead b3

Does anyone feel like it’s difficult to gain acceptance and find allies when you’re a POC? I’m a Senior Project Manager at an engineering consulting firm - I don’t have my PE as of yet and my compensation is $100k + bonus. Just a bit of background, at my firm a Senior PM is someone with 8+ years exp. I have 10 years experience and on track to making Principal in a couple of months. I seriously think I’m on the low end of the salary range as a Senior PM. What’s a typical Senior PM or Principal compensation in your firm?

Throwing this out there. My company was recently acquired and I was laid off yesterday. I’m currently 6m pregnant so looking for a company that isn’t going to have a problem with my giving birth in 3m (looking for a miracle). 13 YOE in Marketing (Brand, Digital, Product, Ops). You name it, I’ve probably done it. Team management exp but not required in next role.
